I was never very good at sports when I was at school, which probably contributed to my weight problem. I've realised that the best kind of sports for me are individual sports such as running, where there is no pressure from other people. I am always running against myself and running toward my next personal best. I'm starting this blog to help convince other overweight people who don't feel good at sports to try running. This blog is all about finding a supportive running clubs, choosing a good running program and finding running clothing that fits you and makes you feel good.
